Project: Two storey residence with lower ground floor Self Contained Unit
Budget: $800,000
Demolition of existing building and construction of new two storey federation period dwelling. Features wrap around verandah, fireplace chimneys and a central solar chimney at the peak of the roof. The entry is characterised by the typical entry portico and wide and deep hallway. Selection of articulated windows, tall skirting boards, decorative cornice mouldings, and pressed metal ceiling panels re-creates the period styling. The Lower level consists of a two bedroom self contained unit with seperate entry.
