Demolition of existing building and erection of new single storey residence. The home has been design with a tuscan inspired theme, incoporating ornate window and eave mouldings, articulated window treatment and spanish roof tiles. The floor plan layout is simple and pragmatic to accomodate a retired couple. Underfloor in-slab hydronic heating system provides an effecient and effective means of controlling internal temperature. A covered wallway with roman inspired concrete columns wrap around a north facing central courtyard, and provides a link to the four car garage at the rear of the property.
