Upgrade of existing corner shop to comply with current standards, including accessibility and the premises standard. A fullly accessible bathroom was installed to comply with Australian Standards.
Rear attached residence was redesigned with new floor plan layout and a first floor addition above to include 4 bedrooms and main bathroom.
Particular attention was paid to the buildings compliance with fire seperations between the shop and residence, and with external fire source features.
